The Russell Chest Seal adheres effectively to sweaty & hairy skin, and will remain adhered over many hours for prolonged use remaining comfortable for the casualty. The chest seal will remain adhered for up to 24 hours.
The Russell Chest Seal has a unique low profile and flexibility. It is supplied in a pre-folded form to make it easy to stow into medical & first responder kits. In low light conditions, the valve can be ‘felt’ to be working making it ideal for military and emergency response operations.
